    Stein Law seeks to add an associate attorney to our growing firm. Our ideal candidate is an attorney with 1 to 3 years of recent experience in estate planning, with an inclination to learn about tax and corporate world.

    Ideal Candidate:

    We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney in estates and trusts to join our esteemed legal team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of hands-on experience in handling estate planning, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, while providing guidance on tax implications and asset protection strategies. The qualified candidate must have excellent research and writing skills and willing to work on a variety of ancillary matters.

    Responsibilities:

    · Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.

    · Advise clients on estate planning strategies, tax implications, and asset protection.

    · Conduct client meetings to understand their goals and provide tailored legal solutions.

    · Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals, such as financial advisors and accountants, to ensure comprehensive client care.

    · Stay current with changes in estate planning laws and regulations.

    · Represent clients in probate and estate administration matters as needed.

    Requirements:

    · Must have the legal right to work in the United States; we do not sponsor visas.

    · Must be available for full-time employment.
