    Estate/Probate/Elder Law Attorney Are you an experienced attorney who loves practicing law - but no longer wants the demands of a traditional full-time role? Whether you are raising children, caring for aging parents, transitioning your own practice, or simply looking for more balance in your life, this position is designed to offer meaningful legal work without sacrificing flexibility. Our growing, client-centered estate planning and elder law firm is seeking a contract attorney to support our team on a part-time, flexible basis. This is a hybrid role with the ability to largely control your schedule and workload. Why This Role Works: • Flexible hours that fit your life - not the other way around • Meaningful, relationship-driven work helping families plan and navigate important life transitions • Supportive, heart-centered firm culture that values both excellence and humanity • Opportunity to scale up or down depending on your availability Responsibilities: • Draft simple to complex estate planning and business succession planning documents • Support probate and trust administration matters from start to finish • Guide clients on Medicaid eligibility, long-term care planning, and asset protection • Manage case/client files and maintain organized documentation Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: estate planning, probate/trust administration, Medicaid planning and asset protection, or guardianship/conservatorships • Strong legal research, writing, and documentation skills • Ability to provide client-centered, compassionate guidance and advocacy • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Bar admission and a valid license to practice law in Minnesota • Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and client confidentiality • Knowledge of Minnesota laws governing Medical Assistance, guardianships and conservatorships, estate planning, and probate • Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle sensitive matters with discretion Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000 yearly
