    The Harbor Lawyers is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney with at least three years of experience in wills, trusts, and probate matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client consultations, estate planning document preparation, and probate administration. This role offers an opportunity to work directly with clients, providing strategic legal guidance while managing estate planning cases from start to finish.

    Key Responsibilities:

    ✔ Estate Planning & Wills – Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents tailored to client needs.

    ✔ Client Consultations – Conduct in-depth consultations to assess client objectives, explain legal options, and develop estate plans.

    ✔ Probate & Trust Administration – Manage probate filings, trust administration, and ensure compliance with legal regulations.

    ✔ Case Management & Legal Documentation – Prepare legal correspondence, oversee case files, and ensure timely filings.

    ✔ Law Office Operations – Collaborate with legal teams on research, scheduling, and process improvements to optimize firm efficiency.

    ✅ Negotiation & client relations – Confident in engaging with clients, attorneys, and stakeholders for case resolutions.

    ✅ Strong organizational skills – Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail.

    ✅ Team Collaboration – Capable of building strong relationships with firm leadership and department heads.

    ✅ Experienced and Knowledgeable in drafting a variety of deeds (Transfer on Death, LadyBird, etc.), Deed Filing, Trust Funding, and Trust Administration, experience preparing estate plans prior to death or incapacity

    ✅ Comfortable learning (to the extent necessary) and drafting Estate Planning documents and Trusts in accordance with California law and Probate Code under the oversight of a California-licensed attorney
