We are Antanavage Farbiarz PLLC. Our Pennsylvania-based firm is looking for that special someone to assist in the case management, document drafting, and coordination of estate planning and elder law cases. We are looking for someone who can work with our existing dedicated team of paralegals, intake, and attorneys to make a difference in families' lives. That’s the job – talking to clients, their families, and the people who love them to help figure out how our firm can help them create an estate plan that protects their family and help clients navigate the complicated world of Medicaid and elder law. Responsibilities: • Serve as primary contact and case manager for estate planning clients • Assist with gathering client information for their cases and the preparation of documents • Draft documents for estate planning clients based on the attorney's instructions and using appropriate templates • Assist clients with funding trusts • Gather and organize necessary documents to file completed Medical Assistance Applications • Provide reception duties, including greeting visitors and answering phones. Qualifications: • Experience with legal software (we use Smokeball, Interactive Legal, and Lawmatics) • Associates degree, or some college, is preferred;a high school diploma or equivalent is required • Must be able to prioritize tasks with demanding deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment • Highly proactive with attention to detail, dependable, and extremely organized • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Experience and comfort using technology, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Google Chrome, Outlook, etc. Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly
