  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking a part-time or full-time Paralegal to immediately join our growing firm. The Paralegal will support one or two attorneys representing individuals, families, and business owners in the areas of estate planning and estate and trust administration. The paralegal position requires a highly motivated, experienced candidate who can complete projects with a high degree of detail, efficiency, and professional excellence in a collegial environment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits • Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications • Benefit package included; waiting period may apply • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Schedule: • 8-hour shift Responsibilities: • Preparing needed documents through researching, drafting, formatting, and proofreading related correspondence • Organizing and maintaining client files (physical and electronic) and deadlines • Scheduling and coordinating attorney meetings • Communicating and meeting with clients and others • Assisting attorneys as requested • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as paralegal • Ability to demonstrate effective written/verbal communication and organizational skills • Ability to work with multiple team members confidently and respectfully, including attorneys and other staff • Ability to prioritize in a multi-tasking environment with accountability • Ability to utilize critical thinking and exercise initiative • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications • Education and Experience preferences • Law firm experience Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000
