    We are a well-established boutique law firm in Central Austin, serving the community for nearly 30 years. Our practice focuses exclusively on Wills, Trusts, Probate, Estate Administration, Asset Protection, Special Needs Planning, and Elder Law. We do planning and probate - not litigation. Responsibilities: • This is a highly client-facing position. The right candidate will play a key role in guiding clients through one of the most important steps in the estate planning process: reviewing and executing their documents. • Meet directly with clients to conduct Will and Trust signing appointments, including notarization (firm will assist with notary certification if needed) • Walk clients through their documents in a clear, confident, and compassionate manner • Assist with printing, reviewing, and compiling estate planning documents in preparation for client signings • Conduct document reviews to ensure accuracy and proper execution • Record deeds with the proper county • Accept other administrative tasks as needed to assist the team and ensure the firm runs smoothly • This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) in an office Qualifications: • Prior experience in a law firm or similar environment is preferred • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem solving ability • Professional, empathetic, and service-oriented mindset • Ability to follow established systems and procedures • Some knowledge of legal software, case management, and docketing programs is preferred • Able to meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Ability to comfortably use all Microsoft Office products, and type at least 50 WPM Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000
