Responsibilities: This role provides for a large amount of client interaction. The right candidate will play a key role in guiding clients through one of the most important steps in the estate planning process: reviewing and executing their documents. You'll meet directly with clients to conduct Will and Trust signing appointments, including notarization of all required documents (the firm will assist with your notary certification if needed). You'll guide clients through their estate planning documents in a clear, confident, and compassionate manner. You'll assist with printing, reviewing, and compiling estate planning documents in preparation for client signings. Quickly respond to clients' questions or requests via email, text, or phone calls Conduct document reviews to ensure accuracy and proper execution after the documents have been signed Record deeds with the proper county Participate in team and staff meetings Accept other administrative tasks as needed to assist the team and ensure the firm runs smoothly This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) and is 100% in-office Qualifications: Prior experience in a law firm or similar environment is preferred but not requiredExcellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilityProfessional, empathetic, and service-oriented mindsetGreat people skills - customer service experience is a big plusAbility to quickly learn and follow established systems and proceduresProven ability to meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environmentSome knowledge of legal software, case management, and docketing programs is preferredAbility to comfortably use all Microsoft Office products and type at least 50 WPMOpen-mindedness and willingness to learn and utilize new technologies as they become availableCollege degree or completion of post-secondary education is preferred but not required Compensation: $51,000 - $55,000
