We are looking for an Estate Planning Paralegal who does more than complete tasks. Responsibilities: • Draft estate planning documents using Wealth Docx. • Assist with California trust disputes, including filing, service of pleadings, and court-related procedures, and prepare related legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and settlement agreements. • Support trust and estate administration, including preparing trust reports, accountings, and related documentation. • Handle California business entity formations, filings, and ongoing maintenance. • Proactively manage deadlines, maintain accurate client files, identify potential issues early, and recommend practical solutions. • Deliver an exceptional client experience through timely communication, attention to detail, and outstanding client service. Qualifications: Required • Bachelor’s degree and Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program. • Minimum 2 years of paralegal experience in a California law firm or similar environment. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent organizational and project-management abilities. • High level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Proficiency with Microsoft 365. Preferred • Experience drafting estate planning documents and building scenarios using Wealth Docx. • Familiarity with Clio. • Experience with trust administration and probate matters. Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly
