Job Overview We are looking to hire an estate planning paralegal to assist in the area of estate planning, and some trust administration document preparation. Notary seal preferred.
Responsibilities for Paralegal • Draft estate planning documents, including deeds • Communicate directly with clients • Maintain files and deadlines • Communications with various County Recorders Offices
Qualifications for Paralegal • Familiarity with estate planning and terminology • Working knowledge of deeds • Strong writing skills and attention to detail • Systematic and able to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines • Self-starter and ability to work independently • Able to work as a team with attorneys and other colleagues • Demonstrate a courteous and professional demeanor
