    Molt Legal Partners has partnered with a highly respected Milwaukee-based estate planning firm to identify an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal to join their team.

    This is an opportunity to work closely with attorneys serving high-net-worth clients , including business owners, where precision, professionalism, and discretion are essential.

    The Role

    In this position, you will play a key role in supporting sophisticated estate planning matters from start to finish.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Drafting estate planning documents, including:
      • Wills
      • Trusts
      • Powers of Attorney
      • ancillary documents, etc.
    • Assisting with planning strategies for high-net-worth individuals and business owners
    • Managing client files and maintaining strict confidentiality
    • Communicating with clients in a professional and polished manner
    • Supporting attorneys throughout the planning and execution process

    What They're Looking For

    • Prior experience as an estate planning paralegal
    • Strong drafting skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision
    • Experience working with high-net-worth or high-profile clients preferred
    • High level of discretion and professionalism (non-negotiable)
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
    • Experience with Clio and Microsoft Office 365 is a plus

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Salary: $65,000 – $75,000+ (flexible for the right candidate)
