    We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning & Probate Paralegal who combines strong technical legal skills with outstanding client service. The ideal candidate is patient and compassionate with older adults, highly organized, visually detail-oriented, and an exceptional proofreader. This individual will work directly with attorneys, clients, referral partners, and vendors while utilizing Smokeball and WealthCounsel to prepare and manage estate planning matters. Responsibilities: • Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, deeds, funding documents, probate pleadings, and related legal documents. • Utilize WealthCounsel software to prepare and maintain estate planning documents. • Manage client matters in Smokeball and maintain accurate case records. • Coordinate estate planning, signing appointments, and probate appointments. • Conduct client interviews and gather financial, family, and asset information. • Assist attorneys with probate and estate administration matters. • Proofread all legal documents for accuracy, consistency, formatting, grammar, and visual presentation. • Track deadlines, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure timely completion of tasks. • Communicate regularly with clients regarding status updates and next steps. • Assist with document assembly, scanning, filing, mailings, and administrative projects. • Support marketing, client events, workshops, and community outreach activities when needed. Qualifications: • Loyal, hardworking, and trustworthy. • Minimum 3 years of estate planning, probate, elder law, or related legal experience. • Experience drafting complicated revocable and non-revocable trusts. • Experience with adult guardianship. • Experience drafting letters of administration. • Experience utilizing WealthCounsel strongly preferred. • Experience with Smokeball, Clio, MyCase, or a similar case management software is required. • Excellent proofreading, editing, and document formatting skills. • Strong Microsoft Office skills. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. • Exceptional organization and time management abilities. • Ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative. • Professional appearance and demeanor. • Ability to maintain confidentiality. • Self-motivated and deadline-driven. Able to execute and deliver positive outcomes and work products for clients. • Detail-oriented and quality-driven. • Superior Customer Service skills that result in five-star client reviews. Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000
