    Tyre Law Group, PC is seeking a highly personable, confident, and conversion-minded Estate Planning Sales Attorney to lead prospective clients through the consultation and engagement process and help turn qualified leads into retained clients. This is a client-facing attorney role for someone who is strong in meetings, good with people, and able to build trust quickly while guiding potential clients toward action. You will meet with prospective clients, conduct estate planning consultations, identify needs, assist with client information intake, explain the firm’s recommended services, and help move clients through engagement. This is not a drafting-heavy or back-end legal role. The primary focus of this position is consultations, intake, client conversion, and signed engagement. You may provide legal guidance within the scope of the consultation, but you will not be responsible for carrying files through drafting, document production, or ongoing substantive legal work after the client signs. Compensation $100,000–$140,000 base salary, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonuses up to $100,000 (total compensation potential up to $240,000). Responsibilities: • Meet with prospective estate planning clients in person and virtually to conduct consultations and identify their needs, goals, and concerns • Explain the firm’s services, recommendations, and engagement process in a clear, client-friendly way • Convert qualified leads into signed clients through a warm, high-integrity, relationship-driven approach • Review intake information for accuracy and completeness, and support a smooth handoff into the legal production workflow • Maintain strong follow-up with prospective clients who need additional time, clarification, or next steps • Represent the firm professionally at community events, presentations, and other client-facing opportunities • Track consultation activity, conversion, follow-up, and related performance indicators while identifying opportunities to improve intake flow and conversion performance Qualifications: • Active California attorney license in good standing • Strong client-facing presence and confidence leading consultations • Ability to build trust quickly and explain complex concepts in a simple, reassuring way • Strong sales instinct without coming across as pushy, transactional, or scripted • Excellent communication, follow-through, and interpersonal judgment • Strong organisational habits and attention to detail in intake and follow-up • Comfort with local travel and in-person meetings Preferred Qualifications • Experience in estate planning, probate, elder law, or trust administration • Experience in consultations, client conversion, intake, or business development within a law firm or professional services setting • Strong understanding of common estate planning tools and the ability to explain them clearly to prospective clients • Experience working in a relationship-driven, high-touch client service environment • Familiarity with CRM systems, intake systems, and consultation tracking Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 yearly
