What We Offer We believe in supporting our team so they can do their best work and live full lives: • Competitive pay: $40/hour • Full-time, in-office schedule (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5 PM) • Paid vacation & holidays • 401(k) with 3% matching (after 1 year) • Profit sharing (after 1 year) • Free parking • Growth potential in a respected, fast-growing firm Responsibilities: What You'll Do • Manage and advance designated files with minimal supervision • Draft court-approved petitions and related legal documents, and correspondence • Prepare and organize comprehensive estate planning documents • Provide exceptional support to attorneys and serve as a key point of contact for clients • Ensure deadlines are met and files are maintained according to established procedures • Track and manage caseloads using contract and case management systems • Execute a variety of administrative duties, from client follow-up to document filing Qualifications: Who You Are • Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration • Proficiency in California Probate Law is required • Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing professional setting • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and skilled in time management • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a tight-knit team • Strong communicator—both written and verbal—with excellent computer skills • Bachelor’s degree is required • Paralegal Certificate is preferred • Professional in appearance, demeanor, and delivery Compensation: $40 per hour
