    About the Role:

    The Estate Sale Team Lead plays a vital part in helping clients through life transitions by managing estate sales from setup to close. You’ll direct a small team, ensuring items are staged, priced, and sold with quality, accuracy, and outstanding service. This role is more creative than a typical retail position and is ideal for someone with retail, customer service, and leadership experience who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and client service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead estate sales on-site from start to finish, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.

    • Schedule, train, and coach team members on staging, pricing, and customer engagement.

    • Oversee setup and layout strategy, adapting staging to each home.

    • Ensure pricing accuracy and maintain quality standards.

    • Manage cash drawer responsibilities with a team member, balancing at day’s end.

    • Provide sale-day oversight, ensuring security, restaging, and client home care.

    • Wrap up post-sale tasks, including packing unsold items and relaying process feedback.

    Qualifications:

    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel required).

    • Ability to lift at least 30 lbs (50 lbs preferred).

    • 2+ years of leadership experience preferred.

    • 3+ years of retail, sales, or customer service preferred.

    • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    • Comfortable balancing speed and accuracy in high-pressure environments.
