** JOB OVERVIEW:**
Assist in providing quality food and beverage service to guest courteously and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas and equipment. Stock all wares and equipment needed for service. Assist by setting tables, filling beverage glasses, and providing silverware. Cleaning tables, booths, and chairs, quickly removing dirty dishes, and serving drinks. Occasionally serve food and beverages to patrons at tables. Be professional, friendly, and strive to meet the highest standards of quality customer service. Provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract patrons.

** ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**
Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended.
Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests and residents, however busy and whatever time of day.
Maintain positive guest and resident relations at all times.
Be familiar with all resort services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
Maintain complete knowledge of table/seat/station numbers, room capacity, hours of operation and proper table set ups.
Understand and Deliver service in accordance with Forbes Five Star, AAA Five Diamond and LQA standards
Maintain knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations.

Receiving items and food deliveries.
Clean and organize the food items in the fridge.
Do inventory after end of the shift.
Clean and refill all the coffee machines on the 4th floor.
Store all delivery items FIFO (first in, first out)
Clean the kitchen and juice bar area.
Check and change the chair cushions inside the banquet and both terraces.
Write down the breakfast covers daily.
Pick up all the garbage and dirty linen down to garbage areas.
Inventory for the linen and napkins.
Prepare the food for breakfast the next day.
Wash and dry all the dishes.
Baked all the pastries and croissants + rotate items on scheduled.
Music to be on and proper volume.
Cook oatmeal.
Ensure menu displays are on and correct information.
Walkthrough before, during and after events and complete report.
Ensure music level is appropriate.
Full knowledge activations, times, movies, special events, kids’ activities and show them with residents.
Assist with coffee service.
Need to know how to operate all amenities and check in residents and guests in circus maximus, bowling alley, movie theater, F1 simulator, golf simulator, kids’ room and teens room.
Set up the breakfast and juice bar.
