You'll also be responsible for all aspects of Estate and Trust Administration matters. You'll prepare petitions, complete Inheritance Tax Returns, prepare accountings, and settlement agreements. Responsibilities: • Draft estate planning documents like wills and trusts. • Prepare petitions, accountings, and other court documents. • Communicate with clients to keep them apprised of case status. • Conduct screening phone calls to determine if prospective clients are a good fit for our firm. • Case management to ensure all deadlines are hit in a timely manner. Qualifications: • Candidates should have a four-year degree in finance, management, or legal administration, or a similar major - Master’s degree desired • Standard computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel • Paralegal certification from an accredited program prefered • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a paralegal specialist, case manager, legal assistant, or legal office manager • Experience with estate plan drafting software, like Wealthcounsel. • Experience with Lackner software. Compensation: $60,000
