This is a fantastic position in a great company in the Managed IT Services industry. As a Managed Services Technician, this person will be on the front-line of technical support calls, remote management tools and various managed services across hundreds of systems with the opportunity to grow in both technical and support skills. The preferred qualifications for this position include: Someone with 5+ years in Microsoft ecosystems, with a strong ability to solve both technical and communication issues with customers and staff.
