Qualifications

Active Esthetician License in the State of Maryland

Minimum 1 year of aesthetic experience preferred

Experience in a medspa or cosmetic setting preferred

Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Comfortable on camera and participating in social media content

Sales confidence and customer service excellence

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

Experience with Hydrafacial

Experience with medical-grade skincare lines

Knowledge of skin of color treatments

Familiarity with RF microneedling and advanced aesthetic procedures

Experience with consultation-based selling
