Amenity Day Spa in Ashburn, VA is looking for a talented and passionate Esthetician to join our team! Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of skin care treatments including facials, chemical peels, waxing, and body treatments

Conduct thorough skin consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate services and products

Maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming treatment room in accordance with state regulations

Build and retain a loyal client base through outstanding customer service and follow-up care

Recommend and retail professional skincare products to support clients' at-home routines

Collaborate with spa team members to ensure a seamless and luxurious guest experience

Stay current on skincare trends, techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing education

Requirements:

Valid Virginia Esthetician license required

Previous experience in a spa, salon, or skincare setting preferred

Proficiency in facial treatments, waxing, and other core esthetics services

Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and professional skincare products

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Professional, polished appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury spa environment
