Grabber School of Hair Design is hiring for a Dispensary Attendant for our Esthetician program. Use your organizational skills to secure and maintain school supplies. Grabber School is a premier beauty college in St. Louis offering Cosmetology, Esthetican and Manicuring programs. Please visit www.grabberschool.edu to learn more.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30 am - 4:00 pm

Current Grabber students are not eligible to apply.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Works with Inventory Specialist to determine what needs to be ordered.

Works with instructors and students to dispense supplies as needed.

Prepares supply kits for specific services and assist students with accurate products.

Continually monitors supply inventory and report items that need to be restocked.

Maintains laundry and re-stocks linen shelves.

Maintains general cleanliness and efficiency of dispensary.

Ensures that storage areas are well organized and clean.

Reports to work in appropriate uniform, on time, and well-groomed according to company guidelines.

Follows up with Supervisor on all concerns and suggestions made by staff members, students and guests.

Attends staff meetings and training sessions.

Models and reinforces all standards and policies.

Maintains helpful, cooperative relations with co-workers and students.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

Exceptional organizational skills.

Ability to communicate in basic English.

Ability to multitask and to remain calm under pressure.

Able to lift 25 pounds.
