In this role, you will provide personalized skincare treatments and recommend products to help clients achieve their skin health goals. This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow their skills in both aesthetics and dermatology while contributing to the growth of our practice.

Key Responsibilities

Perform skin and body treatments including facials, dermaplaning, microneedling, chemical peels, and more

Educate clients on skincare routines and best practices

Recommend products tailored to individual client needs

Build strong client relationships through excellent service and communication

Assist with scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups

Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms in accordance with safety standards

Promote services and contribute to patient growth and retention

Qualifications

Valid Esthetician license (required)

Minimum of 2 years of esthetician experience (required)

Experience with skincare equipment such as Hydrafacial or Cryoskin preferred

Strong knowledge of skincare techniques and treatments

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High level of professionalism and ethical standards

Dermatology experience is a plus
