Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Esthetician who is confident in both speed and quality. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying productive, building a loyal clientele, and delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

Perform full body waxing with efficiency and precision

Provide lash extensions, lash lifts, and brow waxing/tinting

Deliver custom facials and advanced skincare treatments

Perform HydraFacial services and enhancements

Recommend and perform add-on services and upgrades

Educate clients on skincare and recommend retail products

Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and sanitation standards

Rebook clients and build long-term relationships

Qualifications

Active Oregon Esthetician License

Experience in waxing, lashes, and advanced skincare services

Strong work history with consistent employment

Proven ability to build repeat clientele

Confidence in retail sales and product knowledge

Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

Pay per service (based on experience and performance)

Commission on add-ons and upgrades
