Are you a licensed esthetician with a passion for skincare, advanced treatments, and meaningful client relationships? If you’ve gained experience in fast-paced spas and are now looking for a place that values your expertise and gives you room to grow—Hydrology Wellness is calling.
We’re a modern wellness center blending beauty, science, and personalized care in a high-end, supportive environment. Our services extend from in-office treatments to mobile wellness experiences, and we’re ready to bring on a results-driven esthetician who’s ready to shine.
🌟 What You’ll Do
Perform Advanced Treatments: You’ll offer a variety of clinical-meets-luxury services, including:
HydraFacials
PRP
Chemical Peels
Microdermabrasion
Dermaplaning
Advanced Skincare Technologies
Provide Expert Skincare Guidance: Educate clients on treatment plans, home care, and product recommendations to ensure long-term skin health and client satisfaction.
Create Meaningful Client Relationships: Go beyond just facials—help clients feel confident, seen, and cared for through thoughtful, customized experiences that bring them back again and again.
Support Spa Operations: Assist with client consultations, scheduling, and communication to ensure a seamless, professional workflow.
Drive Business Growth: Promote skincare products, treatment packages, and memberships that benefit the clients' results
💼 What We’re Looking For
Licensed Esthetician (Florida) with 2+ years of hands-on experience
Proficiency in HydraFacials, microneedling, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and advanced skin technology
Skilled in product knowledge, skin analysis, and client retention
Electrologist license a plus
Strong communication, professional appearance, and genuine passion for skincare
Must be available at least one weekend day
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a big plus
