SAYN is hiring an esthetician to join it's growing team! In the coming months, we will be opening our first retail store/spa in the heart of Coral Gables. We are looking to hire an experienced lead esthetician. Responsibilities include:

Provide a range of esthetic services, which may include facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion.

Conduct skin assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.

Handle client inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring a positive experience.

Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment, and verify that staff follow proper sanitation and PPE practices.

Keep up with industry trends, new techniques, and best practices.

Train new hires and mentor junior estheticians on treatments, protocols, and customer service.

Help define service offerings

Requirements:

Active Florida estheticians license

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience

Able to bring clientele

Self-starter willing to go above and beyond for the success of a business

Client forward and delivers an exceptional level of professionalism
