Full-Time | Fast-Paced Studio | Problematic Skin Focus

Sofie Pavitt Studio is looking for a talented, experienced Esthetician to join our high-performing team. We’re known for our fast-paced environment, advanced extraction work, and exceptional client retention. If you’re passionate about helping clients achieve real results and want to grow within a leading NYC studio, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

Perform result-driven facials with a focus on extractions and problematic skin (acne, congestion, texture concerns).

Maintain an exceptional client experience with strong communication and follow-through.

Build and retain a strong client base through expertise, professionalism, and consistency.

Keep accurate treatment notes and follow studio protocols.

Assist with daily studio operations as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed Esthetician in New York State.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a busy studio, spa, or dermatology setting.

Strong extraction skills and a passion for corrective skincare.

Experience with Aerolase or other lasers is a plus (training available).

Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.

Comfortable working in a high-volume environment.

Must be available to work weekends if needed.
