As an esthetician, you will introduce clients to a variety of skincare products and services and work with them to achieve their skin health goals. Clients will rely on you for skin care product recommendations and treatments, including facial massage and waxing.

Key Responsibilities

Advanced Clinical Care: Perform results-driven aesthetic procedures, including advanced chemical peels, microneedling, medical facials, dermaplaning, and pre/post-procedure skin optimization.

Practice & Clientele Growth: Actively consult, design customized multi-treatment plans, and retain discerning patients to consistently grow your personal book of business.

Integrated Care Collaboration: Partner closely with our board-certified dermatologists and medical staff to cross-refer cases, identifying clinical skin conditions that require physician oversight while welcoming medical referrals into the aesthetic suite.

Retail & Regimen Mastery: Prescribe tailored, medical-grade skincare regimens with an emphasis on education, compliance, and long-term skin health.

Operational Excellence: Maintain immaculate treatment rooms, strict adherence to OSHA/HIPAA guidelines, precise EMR documentation, and rigorous infection-control protocols.

Candidate Qualifications & Standards

Licensure: Current, valid Virginia Master Esthetician license in good standing.

Clinical Acumen: Deep knowledge of facial anatomy, skin pathology, contraindications, and medical-grade ingredient formulations.

Business Discipline: Demonstrated track record of building patient retention, closing comprehensive treatment packages, and hitting retail/service goals without high-pressure tactics.

Professional Presence: Exceptional verbal communication, polished presentation, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative, no-ego team mindset.
