Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional client experience from first visit to long-term relationship building

Maintain a clean, polished, and professional studio environment

Educate clients on services, retail products, and membership options

Support and contribute to a positive studio culture

Participate in community engagement and studio marketing initiatives

Follow all safety, sanitation, and service standards

Perform services using Waxing the City’s signature techniques and elevated service standards

Minimum Qualifications

Current Illinois Esthetician or Cosmetology License required

Passion for waxing and the beauty industry

Strong time management and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Team-oriented, flexible, and adaptable mindset

Exceptional customer service skills

Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
