What You’ll Do

Perform sugaring services using sugaringLA’s Smart Sugaring Technique

Educate clients on skin conditioning, pre/post care, and home care recommendations

Help clients feel confident, cared for, and comfortable throughout their experience

Recommend memberships, products, and additional services based on client needs

Maintain a clean, organized treatment room and studio environment

Build relationships that encourage client retention and referrals

Learn studio systems, procedures, and scheduling software

Who We’re Looking For

You are:

Passionate about beauty, skincare, and client experience

Friendly, professional, and reliable

Requirements

Active California Esthetician or Cosmetology License

1+ year of hands-on esthetics or beauty industry experience preferred

Strong customer service and communication skills

Reliable transportation and professional work ethic

Comfortable educating clients on products, memberships, and services

Comfortable providing services for all genders
