About the Role

This is a plug-and-play position — you'll step into a fully equipped, professionally operated practice with everything you need to do your best work. We'll start with one agreed-upon day per week and build from there. As your book grows and client demand increases, this role has the opportunity to transition into a full-time position.

Responsibilities

Perform customized facials targeting acne and aging skin concerns

Perform microneedling and chemical peel treatments from day one

Provide professional waxing services

Conduct thorough skin consultations and build personalized treatment plans

Educate clients on at-home care and recommend retail products

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment room

Document client progress and treatment notes accurately

Deliver a warm, professional experience from consultation through checkout

Communicate seamlessly with Spanish-speaking clients

Requirements

Valid New York State Cosmetology or Esthetics License

Hands-on experience with microneedling (required)

Hands-on experience with chemical peels (required)

2+ years of experience in facials and waxing

Bilingual — fluent in English and Spanish (required)

Located in or near the Bronx

Results-oriented with expertise in acne and aging skin

Warm, customer service-driven, organized, and detail-oriented

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Aesthetic Record, Square Appointments, or similar platforms

Existing local clientele in the Bronx area

Experience working alongside injectors or medical providers

Compensation

$19–$23/hr based on experience

Tips accepted

Commission available on retail product sales
