About the Role:
PCI Academy is growing , and we’re searching for a passionate and driven Licensed Cosmetologist, Esthetician, or Advanced Esthetician to join our team as an Esthetics Educator.

Educator license training provided—no teaching experience required to start!
What You’ll Do:
Teach and mentor students in esthetics, and advanced esthetics theory, technical skills, and real-world salon practices
Prepare students for successful careers in top salons, spas, and wellness centers.
Foster a positive, professional learning environment
Share your knowledge and enthusiasm for the beauty industry
Model strong business practices, sales techniques, and customer service
Collaborate with a team that believes in supporting each other and growing together
Who You Are:
Hold a current Minnesota Cosmetology, Esthetics, and or Advanced Esthetics License
Have at least 2,700 hours of salon/spa experience within the last 3 years
Passionate about helping others grow —and continuing to grow yourself
Organized, dependable, and professional
A great communicator with strong people skills
Business-savvy with a sales and customer-focused mindset
Thrive in a team culture that values support, leadership, and personal development
