• Lead and manage Estimation team - train, develop, motivate and improve
• Projects involve Access Control, CCTV, A/V and Low Voltage systems
• Respond to RFPs, help qualify opportunities, site and client visits
• Proposal support, cost reports, and handoff to sales and project management teams
• Weekly KPIs, sales collaboration and project management oversight
