- Lead and manage Estimation team - train, develop, motivate and improve
- Projects involve Access Control, CCTV, A/V and Low Voltage systems
- Respond to RFPs, help qualify opportunities, site and client visits
- Proposal support, cost reports, and handoff to sales and project management teams
- Weekly KPIs, sales collaboration and project management oversight
- Develop goals, performance tracking metrics, schedules and progress reports
