Create and audit Bills of Materials (BOMs) for manufacturing projects

Analyze labor, material, and time requirements to develop accurate cost estimates

Evaluate full project scope to estimate total project costs

Prepare and present cost estimates to management for review and approval

Develop detailed cost reports and input data into company databases

Analyze variances between estimated and actual costs and report findings to management

Review customer requirements and perform take-offs from technical drawings

Collaborate with Sales to support proposal development

Partner with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing to ensure accurate BOMs and effective processes

Apply strong analytical, math, and detail-oriented skills with manufacturing estimating experience (Lean, PM, SolidWorks a plus)
