Construction Estimator – Restoration Projects

We’re hiring a Construction Estimator to join one of Florida’s leading General Contractors with 30+ years of success in concrete restoration, stucco, waterproofing, and commercial interior and exterior painting projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for an estimator from any construction background (general contracting, subcontracting, restoration, windows/doors, etc.) who is looking to advance their career. Experience is rewarded — pay is highly competitive and negotiable.

What You’ll Do

• Review blueprints, drawings, and bid invitations
• Perform accurate takeoffs and cost estimates
• Work with suppliers/vendors for pricing
• Prepare and submit project bids
• Support project managers with planning and accuracy

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years estimating experience in construction (restoration a plus)
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specs
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe; estimating software (Bluebeam, PlanSwift, etc.) a plus
• Experience in high-rise/commercial projects a plus
• Local/regional candidates (Miami/Hialeah area) preferred
