Part-Time Estimator/Design Consultant – Landscaping & Lawn Care

We are hiring an experienced Part-Time Estimator/Design Consultant with a strong background in landscaping and lawn care. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in sales, can manage follow-up without supervision, is comfortable educating clients, can quote jobs appropriately, conduct design consultations, and create and present designs to clients.

This position is approximately 25 hours per week, with anticipated hours of 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

Responsibilities

Follow up with leads consistently and professionally without supervision

Educate prospective clients on landscaping and lawn care services

Quote jobs accurately based on client needs and property conditions

Conduct design consultations with clients

Create landscape or service design recommendations as needed

Present designs and recommendations clearly and professionally to clients

Manage the sales process from initial contact through close

Conduct cold calling if needed to help generate new business

Represent the company professionally in client interactions and field visits

Winter / Off-Season

This is a seasonal position tied to company workload and production demand. As work slows for the winter season, hours may be reduced, adjusted, or moved to limited on-call or off-season support work depending on company needs. Employees may also be placed on seasonal layoff status when appropriate. This structure helps protect employees during the off-season while preserving strong return opportunities. Dependable employees who perform well, remain responsive, and contribute to company growth will be given priority consideration for winter work opportunities and return to the spring season.
