We are hiring an Estimator with experience in heavy civil and earthwork to support preconstruction efforts and contribute to accurate, competitive bidding. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow within a high-performing estimating team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quantity takeoffs for earthwork and site development projects
• Assist in preparing cost estimates and bid packages
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and geotechnical reports
• Support senior estimators in developing bid strategies
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing and scope coverage

Requirements:

• 4–7 years of experience in heavy civil, sitework, or earthwork estimating
• Experience with AGTEK, InSite, Carlson, or similar takeoff software
• Familiarity with Bid2Win (HCSS) or other estimating tools
• Strong understanding of grading, excavation, and site development
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
