Help Drive Growth from the Ground Up

We’re hiring a Commercial Landscape Maintenance Estimator to support the sales and production teams in building competitive, profitable proposals in the commercial space. You’ll work closely with operations and business development, using Aspire to scope and price new opportunities and respond to RFPs. If you love translating field knowledge into clean, client-ready estimates, this is your seat.

What You’ll Own:

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for landscape maintenance services
• Collaborate with the BD and production teams to scope new work
• Review RFPs, input property details into Aspire, and identify all bid items
• Conduct site visits and leverage Google Maps for preliminary property assessments
• Translate client expectations into clear scopes of work and pricing
• Partner with vendors and subs to gather current pricing
• Build out schedules, seasonal plans, and recurring service templates
• Support the team in hitting margin targets without sacrificing quality
  

Ideal Background:

• 3–5+ years of experience estimating commercial landscape maintenance projects
• Strong working knowledge of Aspire (preferred) or similar software
• Familiar with Houston’s landscape conditions, irrigation systems, and maintenance cycles
• Able to interpret landscape plans and bid specs
• Comfortable collaborating with both sales and production teams
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• CLP or other green industry certifications are a plus
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $85,000–$95,000
• Performance-based bonus structure
