Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join their preconstruction and estimating team. This role is critical in a fast-paced environment, handling bids, budgets, and preconstruction efforts for projects ranging from $5M–$20M.

Responsibilities:

• Review construction documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate estimates

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and analyze subcontractor proposals

• Develop and maintain project budgets, cost data, and contract exhibits

• Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

• Support preconstruction activities including RFIs, product research, and bid walk-throughs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

• 3–5 years of estimating experience across multiple trades, preferably in multifamily or commercial construction

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Procore preferred

• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
