Job Opportunity: Estimator/Project Manager at Capitol Construction

Position: Full-Time

Capitol Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator/Project Manager to join our Construction Services and Maintenance division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction and maintenance projects.

• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.

• Collaborate with clients and subcontractors to define project scope and deliverables.

• Conduct site visits and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Experience in estimating and managing service and construction projects.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficient in construction management software and MS Office.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; relevant certifications (PMP, AACE) are a plus.
