Estimator/Sales Representative for Painting Services
Job Description
Lightmen Painting LLC is seeking an experienced Estimator/Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone knowledgeable in painting who has an existing network or is motivated to establish connections with clients needing painting services. You will be responsible for finding new leads, estimating painting projects, and helping close contracts.
During the initial 90-day trial period, you will receive 2% commission on any contracts you bring in. After the trial period, we will review performance, and successful candidates may be offered a permanent position with 2%-5% commission on contract prices and a negotiable base salary. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
