What You’ll Do

Conduct on-site assessments of boiler systems and repair needs

Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for labor, materials, subcontractors, and equipment

Review job specifications and evaluate risks, code requirements, and safety factors

Work closely with internal project and service teams to support planning and customer communication

What You Bring

3–5 years of estimating experience (boiler repair or mechanical contracting preferred)

Familiarity with boiler installation, repair, or maintenance

Strong understanding of oil, gas, and dual-fuel systems & combustion equipment

Knowledge of steel and cast-iron boilers, piping systems, and related components

Familiarity with ASME and NBIC codes plus local building & safety regulations

Strong communication and customer-facing skills
