A well-established commercial glazing and window contractor with a strong reputation across New Jersey public works projects, is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager - Commercial Glazing to join the team in Central New Jersey. What You'll Do as the Estimator/Project Manager - Commercial Glazing:
- Prepare estimates and bid packages for commercial glazing and facade projects
- Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents using Bluebeam and Excel
- Coordinate closely with architects, vendors, and internal fabrication teams
- Support project management functions throughout the project lifecycle
- Work primarily on public works projects including schools and municipal buildings
- Assist with takeoffs, pricing, submittals, and material coordination
- Collaborate with leadership on ongoing and upcoming project opportunities
- Help maintain strong relationships with repeat clients and architectural partners
Must-Haves as the Estimator/Project Manager - Commercial Glazing:
- Minimum 2 years of estimating experience within commercial glazing, curtainwall, storefront, or facade construction
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Experience using Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Desire to work in a collaborative, fast-paced office environment
- Stable work history and team-oriented attitude
Nice-to-Haves as the Estimator/Project Manager - Commercial Glazing:
- Prior project management experience in glazing or facade construction
