Etain Health is New York's only family-run, women owned and operated medical marijuana company. OBJECTIVE:

Etain is seeking a passionate, driven and hardworking individual to fill a part-time/full-time position as a Delivery Driver for its Manufacturing Facility in Chestertown, NY. Hours of work may be from 8am to 5pm, with some long delivery days leaving as early as 5 am. If full-time, you will be required to work every other weekend and some Holidays.

Delivery Driver positions are hands-on and require individuals who enjoy traveling and providing a high level of customer service. Delivery Drivers are responsible for performing routine deliveries of Etain medications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Tasks include but are not limited to the following list.  You may be asked to perform any or all of these tasks on a given day while maintaining compliance with the New York State Regulations, Etain, LLC Standards and Good Manufacturing Practices.

• Driving a company-provided delivery vehicle to deliver medications to customers
• Navigating the surrounding areas in a company-provided delivery vehicle
• Maintaining a tight schedule and ensuring proper logistics for on-time delivery
• Conducting oneself with integrity when handling controlled medications
• Maintaining a great attitude and high level of customer service
• Other tasks as assigned by management

COMPETENCIES:

• Deliver Etain products to locations all over NYS
• Auditing of products at dispensing facilities
• Have an open schedule and be capable of working overtime as traffic conditions could affect shift length.
• Quickly navigate traffic and surrounding areas
• Follow thorough instructions without deviation
• Physical labor tasks at the manufacturing facility

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position operates in a variety of settings including vehicles, laboratories, dispensaries with patients, greenhouses, and outdoors. This position operates within a manufacturing environment and requires daily use of personal protective equipment such as respirators, hair nets, gloves, and goggles. When outside of the manufacturing center, professional attire is required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must hold active New York State driver's license.
• Ability to comply with criminal background requirements as established by relevant state law and regulation, including the Public Health Law.
• Open availability to work various work schedules including weekends.
• Must hold valid authorization to work in the U.S.
• Proven ability to communicate in English written and orally and have proficient PC skills for data entry related tasks.
• Prior driving and/or delivery experience preferred but not required.
