An outstanding, FULL-TIME opening has become available at a highly reputable law firm in the SANTA ANA, CA AREA for a LITIGATION PARALEGAL. All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

• 3+ YEARS OF GENERAL LITIGATION PRACTICE EXPERIENCE with HEAVY EMPHASIS ON TRIALS
• Experience Under Attorney supervision: DRAFTING, EDITING, CITE-CHECKING, CONFORMING AND ASSISTING IN ALL STAGES OF TRIAL LAW PREPARING LEGAL DOCUMENTS including: Case documents, exhibits for basic pleadings, subpoenas, discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, trials and other proceedings is a MUST
• Ability to provide excellent SUPPORT TO ATTORNEYS AND TRIAL TEAMS including MANAGING TRIAL LOGISTICS, EXHIBITS, DEPOSITION DESIGNATIONS, etc. is a MUST
• Effectively COORDINATING WITNESS, EXPERT WITNESSES, AND MULTI-PARTY DEPOSITIONS and as needed, with Trial Services and the County Clerk is a MUST
• BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN PARALEGAL STUDIES and/or PARALEGAL CERTIFICATION IS A PLUS
