Ethan Stowell Restaurants is seeking a talented people to join our overnight production team at the commissary kitchen in Sodo. At the commissary, we make all desserts and doughs for our family of restaurants, and this overnight baker bakes and packs bagels for transport to our Rubinstein Bagel stores. Exceptional candidates have previous experience in a restaurant or bakery setting. This is a full time 10hr overnight shift, 4 days a week. Start time is between 7pm - 8pm. We're looking for night owls who can work independently and also with a small team of dedicated, like minded folks.
