The Overnight Production Manager will be responsible for managing the dedicated team of overnight bagel bakers at our commissary location in SoDo. The ESR Commissary produces a quality product for a dedicated group of customers. This position pairs with daytime kitchen leadership to produce the best possible product - from bagels, to pasta and pizza dough.

Responsibilities:
Oversee bagel bake and pack for transportation to retail
Manage logistics of ordering and overnight production
Manages the pack and transfer to retail locations
Quality Control - train and maintain the standards set by leadership
Proactive communication with retail locations
Hire and train all overnight bakers
Manage maintenance of kitchen equipment
Enforce compliance for health and safety standards
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Lead Baker, Food Production Manager, or lead in a food production role.
Previous experience managing people.
Comprehensive knowledge of health & safety regulations
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong time management and ability to delegate appropriately
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be able to stand for long periods of time
Valid King County Food Handlers Permit, valid WA state drivers license.
