Job Description

The SBA’s general assignment is to identify and understand business problems and opportunities and to develop business process requirements and improvements.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

The SBA’s tasks and responsibilities are:

· Identify business process requirements and improvements

WORLD WIDE:

· Prepare, check and forward the budget files to the Regional Sales Managers

UNITED STATES:

• Management control in support of the Regional Sales Managers, check the sustainability of the Business Agreements
• Update the price lists and ensure the maintenance of the Company’s profitability goals
• Inform the Regional Sales Managers about the most relevant sales data
• Prepare and submit the budget files working the Regional Sales Managers and updates customer information and sales data
• Prepare “ad hoc” pricing proposals for Door-to-Door shipments (specific, non-standard opportunities) upon request from the Regional Sales Managers
• Integrate and modify sales data within the software to meet users’ needs
• Prepare and forward sales reports to the suppliers upon their request
• Possess expertise in data center management and data governance

CANADA:

• Prepare and check pricing and sustainability for every order
• Prepare and update the budget file

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

Bachelor’s is required in business or a related field

1-3 years of experience working with product teams

1-3 years Experience in Project Management

1-3 years Experience in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint

1-3 years Experience working in a Scaled Agile environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

• Experience with Product, Project, and Program Management Best Practices
