COMMISSION BASED
Our Customer Support Agents are responsible for receiving inbound calls from business owners to provide marketing solutions and corporate branding opportunities for clients. Working knowledge of computers and technology is useful in conveying to the client what our services can do for them, however, is not required. Customer Support Agents are responsible for developing trust with clients, collecting information, and providing customer service. There are many opportunities for growth within the company. Further progression within Ethos entails Sales positions, Relationship Managers, Management, etc.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING):
Take inbound telephone calls in a professional and respectful manner from business owners whom Ethos Data Management does not have any existing contact or relationship.
Keep accurate and reliable reports and dispositions of all telephone calls, and client information.
Ability to remain professional and respectful in all telephone calls.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics and codes.
Other tasks that may be assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR SKILLS:
A user of Google’s search engine and a working understanding of how it works is required. Customer service experience is preferred, NOT required.

An individual suited for this position will possess many of the following characteristics:

Ability to articulate ideas well, and creative when explaining the benefits of our services to clients.
