WHEAT RIDGE ANIMAL HOSPITAL by Ethos is multi-specialty hospital based in WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO, a western suburb of Denver. Our veterinary team works as a tightly knit group to provide optimal care to our patients and their owners.  We excited to be in our new 36,0000 SF hospital and we are looking for exceptional people to join our client care team as PART TIME CLIENT CARE REPRESENTATIVES.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Welcome our clients in a friendly, helpful, and compassionate manner
• Prepare and review documents and medical records accurately and completely
• Educate and advise clients regarding Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital services and practices 
• Process appointments, emergencies, and client requests while ensuring the highest quality of care and satisfaction for our clients at all times.
• Process admissions and discharges accurately; schedule follow up appointments as necessary
• Process invoices and payments accurately
• Update and maintain client/pet records and files in accordance with Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital legal requirements
• Assist with other administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, emailing, for example

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Cultivate a positive atmosphere, demonstrate a friendly and courteous attitude with all co-workers throughout the hospital in order to maintain a cohesive work team
• Maintain excellent communication skills in order to ensure professionalism and effectiveness in all interactions with clients and co-workers throughout the hospital
• Must have the ability to multi task, prioritize, and delegate
• Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills 
• Must be organized and detail oriented to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all transactions
• Able work in high stress situations and exercise good judgment as needed
• Present a neat, well-groomed appearance

Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital recognizes the complex nature of support needed for both clients and staff members in the animal care industry.  As a hospital focused on continuous learning, development, and quality of life betterment, we have added a full time Social Worker to our staff.  The primary focus of this role is to help our clients with their grieving process and assist our employees with their emotional well-being.
