PEAK VETERINARY REFERRAL CENTER, located in Williston, Vermont, is seeking a Client Care Specialist to join our specialty veterinary hospital team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Client Care Specialist will demonstrate exceptional client service skills at all times while performing day-to-day tasks of the front desk.
Some of the essential responsibilities are to:
- Educate clients regarding Peak services and provide clients with compassionate support throughout interactions over the phone and in person.
- Assist clients with general information and appointment scheduling.
- Admit and discharge pets from appointments and services, and schedule follow-ups as needed.
- Complete reminder and follow-up communications to clients, including by phone and email.
- Obtain referral information from veterinarians for upcoming appointments.
- Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files.
SCHEDULE
Hours for this position currently will be scheduled between 7:30am and 6:30pm, Monday through Friday.
Hours range between 20-29 hour per week with future potential for full time with evening or weekend hours.
We are currently accepting Full and Part Time applicants.
