Who are We Looking For The ideal Multimedia Intern, has experience creating multimedia assets. Versed in multi-media-based layouts, graphics, animations, video/audio, and content for use in presentations, video productions, multimedia programs, online tutorials, websites, and other electronic media. The intern will work closing with the Learning Management team to create a Training as a Service (TaaS) solution for our customers to drive training revenue and improve customer satisfaction. We wish to build a state-of-the-art online training offering, that can support our customers' different roles/personas and make EtQ training both easy and fun. As a member of the Learning System team, the Multimedia Intern will assist with the creation of online learning assets in partnership with Subject-Matter Experts (SME), Instructional Designers, business partners and QA Reviewers. What to expect in the role Create, edit and manipulate graphics and photos, and proofreads for accuracy, consistency, and formatting Responsible for editing special effects and design of video/audio productions Designs and develops multi-media-based layouts, graphics, animations, video/audio, and content for use in presentations, video productions, multimedia programs, online tutorials, websites, and other electronic media Works with team to review and recommend design options, functionality, and programming needs Employ a consistent approach to course and materials development and revision to yield high-quality learner-centered training Actively participates in building key product functional specifications, technical designs, and documentation Estimates and communicate development and test requirements in order to identify resource requirements, and delivery timelines Maintains and organizes production file archives Team oriented, inquisitive, and energetic about media design and development Work closely with management to insure timelines and requirements are met What we expect from you Experience in Multimedia Design/Development Experience in the conceptualization, design, and production of one or more of the following: animation, graphics, audio and video, web and print materials Excellent interpersonal communication skills Ability to prioritize, organize, and schedule work assignments and projects Ability to work individually on multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment Experience with Microsoft Office and at least one of the following: multimedia development software including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, Captivate
